The Urchin is a well established restaurant, being open for 8 years. There is a cosy and friendly atmosphere and pleasant staff to serve you your meal. The restaurant is conveniently situated in Westport Town Center, just beside Matt Molloy's pub, renowned for it's excellent traditional music sessions. Our Á-la-Cárte menu is reasonably priced and all meals are cooked to order using fresh local produce where possible. The menu is well balanced to suit all tastes - we serve a wide selection of meat, poultry, seafood and vegetarian meals all of which are home made. To accompany your meal, there is a selection of fine wines available from around the world. The Urchin has been recommended in numerous publications including 'Lets Go Ireland' and 'The Washington Times'.
