Chariot has scythed wheels and crew halberds made from Plastic Skaven Regiment spears. Skaven shields are attached to the sides and decorated, and several skulls of various creatures hang from the back on a rope of coiled modelling putty strips. The Cold One head is attached to the yoke with ropes of putty.
