The overall winner in any year is precluded from entering the Photographic Classes in the following two years. There is also a Snapshot Section and a list of Prizes and Awards.

PHOTOGRAPHIC CLASSES

All Ireland Monochrome
Class 1 Theme: "A Moment in Time"
Open to all Amateur Photographers
Class 2 Theme: "Pictorial"
Open to NOVICE Amateur Photographers (i.e. those who never won 1st place in open competitions)

All Ireland Colour
Class 3 Theme: "A Moment in Time"
Confined to Distinction Holders
Class 4 Theme: "Scapes"
Open to all amateurs photographers who do not hold distinctions.
Class 5 Theme: "A Moment in Time"
Novice (Prints or Transprints)

Amateur Photographers under 21 years on 31st December 2002

Confined to Students of Photography at 3rd level colleges, Institutes of Tech. & PLC's.

Overseas - Open to all Amateur Photographers living outside Ireland.

Entry Fee €2.00 per print
Please write name, address & telephone number on back of print and enclose entry fee.
No limit to number of entries
S.A.E for return of prints if required.
Entries Strictly by post

Entry Forms may be photocopied (1 for each class entered)
All pictures must have been taken after 31st December 1998

Entry Fees: Photographs Classes 1-14
€10 per class up to 2 prints per class.
U/21 years, Over 60's & Students: €5 per class
Snapshots minimum of €2 per print - no limit to number of entries.
If entries are to be returned by post, cost of same must be included.

Value estimated in excess of €3000

Photographs:
Medals and Prizes for winner and runner up and most imaginative entry in each photographic class.

Snapshot Section:
Irish Crystal for winner and runner up in addition ALL entries will be included in a draw for an A.P.S. Camera
