200k Route : Ballyhaunis, Kilkelly, Swinford, Foxford, Pontoon, (Take the Right-R315. at hotel. After 3 miles turn Left-R317) through Bofeenaun, NEWPORT, Westport,(Left turn at top of steep hill on main road out of OCTAGON) Leenaune, (Left turn after 41 miles to) Loughnafooey, Clonbur, Cong, BALLINROBE, Claremorris, BALLYHAUNIS.
100 mile Route as 200K to Westport, then Partry, Ballinrobe then as 200K
100k Route: 200K route to Kilkelly, Kiltimagh, Balla, Heading towards Claremorris turn right at the end of the town , past the church and on to Mayo Abbey, Right opposite Church follow road markings to Ballinrobe,(Silky's on left) Claremorris, Ballyhaunis
FOOD : The following 4 stops at least will be made on the 200k route!
