200k Route

Ballyhaunis-Tooreen, N17, Right for 2k, Left for Airport (through roundabout), L at T junction, R at x roads, Swinford – towards Foxford take right before the Railway bridge ( road winds around and goes under railway a little further), Aclare (left then right after 50m), Left at T junction -Lough Talt*-–Bunnyconlon, R turn, towards Enniscrone (at main Sligo road go Right and then after short distance take left for Enniscrone),Enniscrone , Take coast road to Ballina* (American House Hotel, Station Road,), Crossmolina ,R315 for 4k, R316,R312,Take left at crossroads ( School at left), Bofeenaun, Take right to Windy Gap*, Castlebar (R at T junction after speed limit then L at main road, Turlough, Left at ,ain road , Ballyvarey* (O'Reilly's Bar), right at end of street , left after 250 m, Balla, Kiltimagh, Knock – Ballyhaunis*.

160 K Route

As 200K to N17 , straight across to Swinford, as 200k to Bunnyconlon, straight to Ballina*(American House Hotel, Station Road,), as per 200K to Crossmolina , R315 continue straight to Leathardan, Pontoon, right towards Castlebar, after 2k left towards Parke, Turlough, left towards Ballyvarry as per 200k, Ballyvarey* (O'reilly's Bar), continue N5 to Bohola, right for Kiltimagh, left for Knock, Ballyhaunis*

100 K Route

As per 160 K route to Bunnyconlon –Ballina*– Return back into Ballina centre over bridge take 1^st right along river then 2^nd left onto Swinford road , after 10 miles at Foxford - Swinford road take Left to Swinford, Kilkelly, Ballyhaunis*.
