Bus Éireann Destination Codes

Note that the destination list is not exhaustive and includes only major bus destinations. Most services also cover intermediate destinations which are specific to a given route and have one- or two-digit codes, but these codes are only valid on that route.

A note on the bus codes: For the most part, the numbers are assigned alphabetically from 300 (Adare) to 499 (Inverin PO), and from 620 (Jenkinstown Cross) to 918 (Workhouse). The ten biggest termini are numbered from 501 (Dublin) to 510 (Dundalk), and then the main stops along the major Expressway routes are numbered from 520 (Fermoy) to 525 (Portlaoise) and similarly for other routes, ending with 618 (Tramore).
