Tips for walkers
Please do not leave anybody to walk on their own – we would like this event to be as enjoyable as possible for all and a good chat makes the miles pass quicker.
Bring enough water (at least 1/2 litre per stage) and snacks to keep you fuelled. Please bring your wrappers home with you.
Be sure that any footwear is well broken-in before the walk.
Sunscreen maybe needed even if the temperatures are not high.
Carry at least one spare pair of socks (your feet will thank you) and some form of waterproof gear if rain is forecast.
