Monsters

Slimy, ugly, hairy beast,
Shuffles his way through the smelly closet.
Lurking in my dark closet,
I dare to open.
Gobbles down my bright fashionable clothes
Clothes, snakes, lizards and children he loves to devour

Ann O'Grady
Waddling through the house at night,
Looking for someone to fright,
Living in the darkest cave,
Only to be seen by someone so brave,
Always hunts at night,
Never to be seen in light,

Patrick O'Connor
Ugly, hairy,scary and fanged.,
He's the monster in my dreams,
Slithering, sliming, ambling, plonking,,
He's the monster in my dreams.
Hiding in dusty attics or under my bed,
He's the monster in my dreams.
Slurping, burping and scoffing,,
He's the monster in my dreams.
Devouring children, tarantulas and snakes,
He's the monster in my dreams.
Nightmares at night,
He's the monster in my dreams..

Caoimhe Fahy

Big fat smelly cyclops,
Moves like a fat elephant,
Living in our damp attic,
Gobbles down all the cows in sight.
His favourite food is candy floss,

Ronan Taaffe
Scary and big toothed,
Stomping and creeping,
Living under my bed,
Gobbling and burping,
Devouring girls and snakes.

Gavin Kenny

Cyclops, big toothed, hairy and slimy,
Stomping and plonking through the night,
Lurking in the cave high up on the mountain,
Slurping and gulping his food down,.
Eating naughty children he loves the taste.
