It
didn't take a Premiership manager long to realise that a top quality
coach was over in England from Ireland. David Moyes the Everton
manager availed of the opportunity to catch up on some new tactics
and have a chat about football matters with Tubby. After hearing
that the Villa Under 15 team were in Blackpool, David was delighted
to come watch the team play. Everton in recent weeks have been conceding
goals when they should have gone on to win games. This was fresh
in the Toffee's managers head as they again threw away 2 points
on Saturday away to Middlesborough. He looked at how Villa not only
held on to a 2-1 lead with 10 minutes to go, but could have actually
won the game by a bigger margin. David went back to Goodison with
some new idea's, that could see Everton grab that last champions
League spot. Lets hope he remembers where he heard it first.
