Snow Patrol - July 2005

The rock band Snow Patrol have been good friends to Thomastown United over the past 5 years or so. They've played twice in Thomastown in Murphy's Bar, and on both occasions, have used the opportunity to stretch the legs and take in a game of soccer against local selections.

In July 2005, they took time out from supporting U2 on their Vertigo tour to play a gig in Murphy's with proceeds going to our club. The following day, they again displayed their silky skills at United Park - don't give up the day job lads!!! The band have also been kind enough in the past by sponsoring a set of jerseys for one of our schoolboys teams.
