2008 Ball Kids

Ireland vs Brazil 6th Feb 2008

A memorable day for the club, especially the 100 or so club members who travelled and particularly the lucky 12 who were ball-kids for the Ireland vs Brazil game in Croke Park on 6th Feb 2008.

After arriving at the ground at 5.45pm the kids were shown around the famous stadium by Will Clarke from the FAI, before being given their instructions for the job in hand. The big thrill came after the match, when first they met former Irish Captain and current TV Analyst Kenny Cunningham, who chatted and posed for photos. It got better when Kevin Doyle, Kevin Kilbane ,Robbie Keane and Richard Dunne signed autographs and more photos. Although arriving home in the early hours of the morning everyone enjoyed their day.
