Concert at St. Ann's Church, Dawson Street, 22nd June 2002:
This concert was a special event to commemorate the choir's 10th anniversary. There were two conductors contributing, the choir's current musical director - Mr. David Brophy and his predecessor, Mr. Fergus O'Carroll, who was invited back to mark special occasion.
To mark its 10 year anniversary, Ulysses commissioned well known choral composer Colin Mawby to write a piece for the choir. "Crebawn", with text by Francis Ledwidge is an exciting new milestone for the choir and underlines the choir's commitment to supporting choral composers through the purchase of original texts, and now, this commission.
The accompanist for the concert was Fergal Caulfield, on organ and piano.
