Terms and Conditions

1: It is expected that the apartments are left in a clean and tidy order. You are responsible for any damage to the apartment and its contents during your stay which has occurred due to negligence or omission. Any damage must be reported to us without delay.

2: Guests are advised that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your goods or personal belongings kept at the accommodation.

3: A deposit of €100 is required to confirm booking.

4: The deposit payed for apartment will be kept as a good house-keeping deposit and returned on departure date should the terms and conditions raised in point 1 have been complied with.

5:  The Person booking undertakes not to do so on their own part, or permit to be done by any other member of the party, anything which may, in the opinion of the management, be or become a nuisance or annoyance which shall in any way interfere with the peace or general comfort of others in the apartment and complex.
