Core issue (in the context of EFT)
This is the real reason behind the issue that you are trying to resolve. You need to find out what it is and apply EFT on it in order to get to an intensity rating of 0 to fully resolve the problem. EFT helps to get to the core issue by dealing with each aspect of a problem to finally get to the core issue (in the manner that you would peel each layer (“aspect”) of an onion).
However, in the context of HEHT, I sometimes approch the problem from a wider angle and use a more global approch (especially when using Zensight)..
