EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques and HEHT - Holistic Emotional Healing Techniques
HEHT, as designed by Véronique Rooney, is mainly derived from EFT and is essentially based on the same principles. Additionally, HEHT integrates various tapping, healing and diagnostic techniques, well renowned & tested, and which constitute, in part, evolutions and enhances to the traditional EFT technique.
While EFT has been used by thousands of therapists, nurses, social workers,
psychologists, doctors, and individuals worldwide with remarkable clinical
results and minimal negative side effects, it has only been used in
its current form since 1992, and thus must still be considered to be in the
experimental stage. Therefore you must take complete responsibility for your
use of both EFT and HEHT.
Véronique Rooney is not a licensed health care professional, however, she cares greatly about the welfare and health of her clients and offers EFT as a trained EFT practitioner who has satisfied to the Advanced Certificate of Completion program as designed by Dr P. Carrington and based on the EFT DVDs produced by EFT’s founder, Gary Craig.
Although both EFT and HEHT can bring peace of mind, relaxation, a brighter outlook, better health, more energy and focus, added self-esteem, and can relieve stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and a multitude of other ailments and issues, do not use EFT or HEHT to diagnose or treat medical or mental conditions of any kind. Consult your health care provider, general medical practitioner or licensed therapist with any concern you may have regarding your health or mental state.
Neither EFT or HEHT interferes with medical procedures. In fact, these techniques can support and enhance medical treatments, and are now often practised by health professionals from both traditional and alternative medicines.
I will never advise a client to discontinue any ongoing treatment or medications as I am simply not qualified to do so. This is a decision that the client should only take after consulting the health practitioner who initialy prescribed the treatments/medications.
