"The cause of all negative emotions is a
disruption in the body's energy system."

This statement is the very foundation of EFT. Emotional Freedom Techniques is an amazing  discovery which has already brought relief from pain and suffering to thousands of people. The principles of EFT are very similar to those of acupuncture as both techniques work on the energy meridians and endpoints. But EFT does not require needles, only your fingers!

In my practise, Tap2heal, I mainly use HEHT (Holistic Emotional Healing Techniques) which is a unique technique, mainly based on EFT, and which I have developed along the years. HEHT includes other meridian, energy and healing techniques as well as some diagnostic techniques.

The technique is:

With fingertips, you stimulate a few energy endpoints on the face, torso and hand.
You remain fully dressed during the entire session.

The results are:

It is easy

Although some cases can be complex, with various aspects which might each need to be addressed, or require more persistent tapping, results are usually apparent in minutes and, in most cases, they are also long-lasting, if not permanent.

Is it magic?

No. All scientists agree that the body is made of negative and positive electrical charges in the form of atoms. Back in the 1920's, Einstein himself told us that everything is composed of energy. However, this has since been widely ignored by the western healing sciences.... at least until now. In order to understand how and why EFT and HEHT work, we need to think of the body as an "energy configuration" and not as separate organs.
