This luxury 3 bed Villa is situated approximately twenty minutes from Arecife Airport in a quiet location in the exclusive resort of Costa Teguise. An 8 minute walk will take you to the golden sandy beach of Las Cucharas with its many Restaurants, Supermarkets and bars. The islands only Golf Course & aquapark is a 5 minute drive away. The Villa can comfortably accomodate 6 people & an infant.
The Villa Inside
Three double bedrooms, two with twin bebs all with fitted wardrobes and two with ceiling fans. There are two full bathrooms with showers, one being en-suite. The very spacious Lounge cum Dining room has a large six seated dining table, is equipped with digital T.V. C.D. music centre and video.The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including Microwave, Dishwasher,Washing Machine,Fridge/Freezer, Full oven and hob, Toaster, Juicer, iron etc. A childs cot is provided and there is also a safe.
The Villa Outside
The Villa is surrounded by a wall for privacy and is not overlooked, with its own front gate and private car parking space. The terrace has a shaded Pergola. Patio furniture and sunbeds are provided to accomodate six people and there is a traditional Canarian style barbeque. To the left of the terrace is the fully heated 6m x 4m swimming pool which has a shallow end for children.
Services
Pool Maintenance is provided twice weekly and linen change once weekly.
Car Hire
A car is not essential as our Villa is close to all amemeties, however car hire would be recommended to explore the beautiful island of Lanzarote and its many attractions.
