CLUBS IN TRAMORE

TRAMORE GOLF COURSE
Tramore's Golf course situated on the outskirts of Tramore is well regarded internationally and is an 18 -hole championship course, and other excellent Golf courses, such as Waterford Castle and Faithlegg are only a short drive away. Open seven days a week green fees are payable to course for all vistors wishing to play, equipment and caddie hire is available. Open competitions are held in August and September annually. Not wishing to play Golf, Pitch and Putt is also available on the outskirts of Tramore nearby or practice a few shots at Tramore Driving Range.

TRAMORE TENNIS CLUB

Tramore Lawn Tennis Club is situated overlooking the Doneraile Walk with a view of Tramore Bay, it has fine constructed courts that are floodlit. Tramore Tennis Club provides coaching, and has many competitions and leagues throughtout the year. Open all year round and green fees are payable for any vistors wishing to play.

TRAMORE GAA CLUB
Tramores GAA club is situated in Riverstown. This Centre provides great sport and social activities for Tramore community from Indoor Hurling, ladies football, Camogie, and much more providing facilities for members and families for many leisurely hours. The Tramore Michael Mc Grath GAA Club takes its name from the patriot Micael McGrath who died for Ireland at the Battle of Pickardstown during the War of Independence 1921.

TRAMORE BRIDGE CLUB

Tramore has a fine Bridge Centre in Queen Street where there play weekly Bridge games on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 7.30 p.m., where guests are welcome with members. Tramore hosts a Bridge Congress annually where games at novice, intermediate, mixed, open pairs and congress pairs are enjoyed immensely. All are welcome to play.

TRAMORE BAY SURF CLUB
Tramore Bay Surf club is one of the most successful clubs in the country the Surf School was established in 1967 and is approved by the Irish Surfing Association and European Surfing Federation. For family and vistors to Tramore the Surf Club hosts great Summer Surf camps for kiddies in July and August, supervised Surfing lessons by qualified lifeguards, equipment is supplied or bring your own, also there are many surfing courses and lessons provided for adults, evenings, mid-week, and weekends for both indivuals or groups so get along and enjoy the experience of the waves there are many different programs for all levels of experience.
