The "Poisoned Glen" is the best centre for walking in Donegal, this (Gaeltacht) hostel is at the foot of Errigal, Donegal's highest mountain and on the Ulster Way.

Crohy Head (An Cruach), Near Dungloe, Co. Donegal
From Crohy Head, beautifully situated on a 35m cliff overlooking Boylagh Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, there are fine seacliffs, caves and a remarkable sea chasm that is 0.5km long.

This is the most northerly Youth Hostel in all Ireland.It is situated on the top of a hill at the far northern edge of the Rosguill Peninsula and is an ideal base for exploring the coastal wilderness of north Co. Donegal.
