Viking (USA) has consistently been champion thoroughbred sire in Norway for a number of years. He is the sire of the famous steeple chaser Viking Flagship and has an extensive list of successful progeny both on the flat and over fences. The son of Northern Dancer, he has now produced some quality young sport horses with athletic jumping ability. One four year-old 17hh stallion by him - Viking Dancer - scored best of all horses presented at his performance test for studbook approval. |
