Golden Mile Summer
Series - Week 1, Thursday May 8th. A terrific hours entertainment was had by all on Thursday evening. We were treated to some terrific running by all who turned up on the night. Runners estimated their time to help get an idea of how to group the runners and most ran a heck of a lot faster than they had estimated or evenly hoped for in some cases. There were 5 groups ranging from 3 in one to the full 8 in another. We hope to get even more people back out on the track on Thursday 15th for more fun and the chance to run a new personal best (seeing as a lot of us never had a p.b. before last Thursday!)
