Congratulations to Helena Dunphy who broke the 40minute barrier after a great run. Also to Des Colbert who showed no ill effects after last Sunday's Intermediate Cross Country championships and smashed the 29minute mark.
Fastest on the night was James Sullivan Sr, with Mark Langford just 1s behind.

Well done to all who ran in the All Ireland Intermediate CC on Sunday. It's great to see Waterford AC fielding a couple of teams on the day. Who knows what they're capable of next year. Perhaps they could equal the achievement of the West Waterford Ladies Team who took gold in the Inter-club and silver in the inter-county competition. A fantastic reward for a very tough winter's training and the foresight of one man, Tony Ryan.
