Waterford Road Runners

At last, a terrific night for running, no wind rain or frost to slow our athletes down!
90 people took part and many of these produced fantastic p.b.s (personal bests, for those of you not quite up with our tres fancy lingo!).
Many people performed much better than they have of late and as a result will be slightly penalised so that they're not first over the line again (eh John McEneaney?!). 
The rivalry between the Lowe husband and wife continued last night with the result that they both improved magnificantly, knocking 3 minutes off their combined times. Maybe we should consider pairing up all runners like this, purely for the purposes of improving their times, not with a romantic theme (ok Jim Heylin?).
