Some Vital Information

- Choose the walk most suited to your
fitness and experience. If in doubt seek advice at registration
|
- Remember Weather conditions on the
hills can change very rapidly
|
- Walking boots are essential for all
hill walks
|
- It is best to avoid wearing jeans on
the hill walks.
|
- No Children under 16 years
|

Grade I Walk
|
For the stronger walker with
experience of high level walking
|
|
Grade II Walks
|
For those with a reasonable level
of fitness (Minimum 2 Peaks)
|
|
Grade III Walks
|
Suitable for most walkers.
Gentle pace with regular stops
|
- Experienced leaders will be available
for all walks
|
- Follow the country code - leave no litter,
close all gates en route, be careful not to damage fences etc.
|
- For all walks participants should
carry a rucksack with rainwear, spare clothing, a packed lunch and a hot
drink. Also bring plenty of water for consuming during the walk. No Alcohol.

- Everyone involved in this Festival is a
volunteer.
