The Ardfallen Scripture Garden
"Then the man and his wife heard the sound of
the LORD God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day...." Genesis 3:8 |
The design of the Scripture Garden is based on
the shape below which is a common Methodist symbol depicting a cross superimposed on an orb which represents the world. The garden is laid out in seven beds over which a total of 101species of trees, plants and flowers are planted. The four inner circle areas are planted with plant species that arefamiliar to the Holy Land. The outer circle areas have species that are associated with Biblical people and angels. |

A detailed guide to the 101 species of trees,
plants and flowers is available in Ardfallen House. In John chapter 20:15, it is said that Mary Magdalene was weeping and did not recognise Jesus but supposed him to be the gardener. Please visit our Scripture Garden and out hope and prayer is that you will meet with the Lord. |
