| For many years there has been an
active Methodist Church in Youghal where the members of the congregation
are held in high regard by the community. The present church, completed in 1880, is an attractive landmark on the southern side of the town. This building replaced an older church built in 1833 which was in a less convenient location, this church in turn had replaced an earlier building constructed in 1792. |

| The family and friends of Vivian, a newly arrived member of the congregation, were happy to share in a service of prayer and thanksgiving in her home. |
