Chasing & Repousse

"Celtic Chasing"
Many of the examples of Celtic art have come down to us in the form of metal objects. Most of these are in gold or bronze and a large percentage have chased designs on them.
These workshops are giong to use the wealth of Celtic design as source of inspiration.

The workshops will focus on the prepatation of the pitch and the making of the chasing punches prior to actually learning the technique of Chasing. These are two very important aspects of the procedure and pitch, pitch bowls, chasing hammers and steel rod will be supplied, thus enabling each student to go away with a basic set of equipment.

The cost per one week workshop is 750.00 Euro.
The cost of the kit to take home is 150.00 Euro

	Chasing & Repousse Brian will be running a "One Week" Chasing & Repousse workshop in March 2009. The title of this workshop is "Celtic Chasing"
