We Like: The Ab dolly 11 is basically a less expensive version of the Torso Tiger, and is also similar to the the Ab Slide or the Ab Force. The Ab dolly 11 doesn’t have any extra special features except that like the Torso tiger it has a variable resistance setting for both beginners and advanced users. It also come with knee pads as standard.

We Dislike: The Torso Tiger is reckoned to be a better machine than the Ab dolly 11 .
