We Like: The Proform Crosstrainer 970 is a very clever recumbent bike indeed, the back rest folds down into a weights bench which can be used for dumbbell exercises, and a set of dumbbells are included.
The seat and handle bars are also adjustable. Equipment levels are generous with
iFIT Compatibility, EKG Grip Pulse Sensor and 8 Workouts. We recommend Proform Crosstrainer 970 exercise bike very highly and are awarding it 5 stars.

We Dislike: Nothing- This really is one of the better recumbent exercise bikes out there.
