A brilliantly simple feature of this bike is that it converts
into a weights bench. The back rest simply folds down and
can be used as a bench for all kinds of dumbbell exercises
(a set of light dumbbells are included). Six workout programs
are featured on the electronic console which also displays
the usual readouts. Heart rate monitoring comes as standard
through the pulse grip handlebars. The seat and handlebars
are also adjustable. And finally silent magnetic resistance
offers a smooth, ergonomic workout. All things considered
this is one of the best value for money recumbent exercise
bikes on the market.
