Bandflex

We Like: For less than $400 the Bandflex is hard to beat, period. Its strengths lie in the sheer number of exercises and its high level of resistance. The Bandflex provides more in these areas than its pricier competitor the Weider crossbow (reviewed below). It has a loyal customer base that seems happy with it for the most part.

We Dislike: The construction quality of the Bandflex is inferior to the Weider crossbow. Personally we are not in love with Bungee cable gyms and prefer proper weight stacks, but there is nothing wrong with Bungee cables.
