What We Like : Despite being less than $1000, this Proform 995 SEL has most of the ingredients that make up a decent Treadmill. It has a whopping 2.75 HP motor and large running surface of 55” x 20”. It also comes free with the '8 Weeks to a Better Body' program including 8 motivating workouts on CD, the Shape It Up! strength training video and Guidebook & Planner. The CD workouts plug into the iFIT.com communications port.

What We Dislike : Nothing really to dislike about this Smooth Treadmill, Ok if we wanted to be picky we could criticize the slight lack of equipment- such as a heart rate monitor.
