The pupils of third class created a wildlife garden.>
Below are pictures and pupils accounts of what they did.
Garden 1
Using trowels, forks, spades, rakes and wheelbarrows we planted hawthorn, beech,
spindle, hazel and two big hornbeams. Afterwards we sowed snowdrops,
crocuses and bluebells.

We put the trees in the holes and pressed down the clay. Then we added lots of dead
leaves.

The Earthwatch team provided invaluable help and guidance in the making of our garden.

All work and no play.............but we certainly had fun!!
