Iron Giant Film Review
 Last winter the whole school, all 20 pupils!! watched the film The Iron Giant. We all enjoyed it very much and found it to be a very entertaining and funny film.
 However we had read the book previously and thought the book to be, as usual, much better than the film. Ted Hughes descriptions throughout the book are fantastic, and the youngest to the oldest pupil in the school was enthralled by the book as our teacher read a chapter every day.
The themes of friendship and loyalty and understanding are dealt with in a very effective and attractivemanner in this wonderful story. |
