I am really happy with the new set-up, but properly what made the biggest diff to the sound was the Monitor Silver S1 main speakers. They are a fab speaker and make’s all the difference to the system. Also the fact that theYamaha Amp has Matrix 6.1, which enticed me to add a centre rear speaker.
The best sound DVD that I have played is The Eagles Hell Freezes Over, which sounds fab on DTS mode. With rich clear tones coming from the Guitars, from the Silver S1, clear vocals from the JPW centre and a really cheerful audience coming from the Misson 77D’s. And my favourite movie, which is also in DTS is the Gladiator.
