• Yahoo Mail - My online mail thingy of choice. (Cos Hotmail don't work through firewall and it owned by big nasty)

• BOFH - My hero. In fact everybody who ever has to help lusers on their eternal trundle through life (or death) hold a few megs on their harddrive free for the BOFH. Check out the BOFH style excuse server on Telnet. Those who don't know how to use Telnet should ask their Internet Service Providor or Network Administrator to install it for them.
