| My duties involved installation of hardware and software as well as technical support for Windows 95 client on Novell and NT networks. I would have been responsible for setting up PC's on the Novell Network, installing a range of printers(local and network), installing scanners and digital cameras. I participated in the RAM upgrading of PC's that did not have the satisfactory memory for the NT rollout. |
| In the line of software I would have installed Windows 95 as a client on Novell networks, Dr Solomons anti-virus software, Microsoft Office 97, Internet Explorer and other software products used by the company. |
| Role as Helpdesk Operator |
| My role was to answer telephone and walk-in computer related queries from staff during the NT rollout. I also had to diagnose and recommend solutions for software and hardware problems. |
