Aughavas which was opened 1982. replaced Corduff N.S. which was located a few hundred meters up the road and is now used as a dwelling house. Clonsarn and Augharan amalgamated with Corduff in  1969. Clonsarn still makes a valuable contribution to the parish as Aughavas Community centre. Clonsarn school re-union took place in August 2004. It was a great occasion and a souvenir history of Clonsarn was launched during this well attended re-union.

Drumnamore N.S. was built in 1938. It is situated in the townland of Melican and replaced an earlier school located in Drumnamore townland. In 2003 a very successful Past-pupils re-union was held. Also a well researched history of the school and surrounding areas was launched.

The present Rossan N.S. was built in 1948 and replaced the earlier Rossan N.S.which was located on the site of St. Stephen’s Church Rossan. That earlier school served as a school and a Mass centre until St Stephen’s Church was built in 1964.
