Walking Tour Of Historic Waterford

Hook Head

On the other side of Dunmore East lies the Hook Head peninsula the sight of the first Norman landings in Ireland 1169 and 1170, in County Wexford. The Hook Lighthouse is clearly visible from Dunmore East and is only a short trip by car via the Passage East Car Ferry.
