Shield Hike - Camelot (Kilcully)
On Sunday 16th April, we had our Annual Shield Hike.  This year it was held in Kilcully Campsite.  Each macaoimh cath had to make up a theme for the day.  We chose the Knights of the Round Table.

Our site was called Camelot and had tents, bunting and banners and or course a round table and the sword Excalibur stuck in a rock.

All the macaoimh made costumes the previous Monday including the knights battle dress and croens and brough shields and swords and a packed lunch with them !
