Recent Activities
Our most recent activity was on Sunday 14th October when we went to Killarney to walk from Galways Bridge to Torc Waterfall through the National Park.

Nine members of the patrol turned out on the day and a number of members sent their apologies.  Despite the bad weather in Cork, the day turned out fine and a great time was had by all.  The bus driver was heard to mention that kids were quieter on the bus though !!  A fuller account with more pictures is available - click on link below.

What Neckerchief ?
As members of the patrol are drawn from both the 38th and 40th Units (now mergered) it was decided that the Falcon patrol neckerchief would be a compromise, taking one colour from each.

The neckerchief is Sky Blue with a Tangerine Border.  This is the colour of the venturer neckerchief.  It has the words "Falcon Patrol" written on the back of the neckerchief.

In order to wear the neckerchief, members must have attended three outdoor activities.  The neckerchief is then presented on the third activity.
