Galways Bridge to Torc Waterfall
On Sunday 14th October the Falcon Ptrol assembled for it first activitity of the new scout year. We left the scout hall in a mini-bus and headed for Galways Bridge in Killarney.

The walk started about 11.30am and took off at a brisk pace.  The older members of the patrol complaining loudly about the lack of a challenge !  Later this changed to who's turn it was to carry the gear bag !

The weather stayed mainly dry and we stopped for lunch at Coores Cascade.  John (PL) brought his own seat and Charlie attempted to recreated the classic Cadburys Flake Advert at the waterfall.

We arrived at Torc Waterfall ahead of Schedule, changed and headed for the Mills Inn in Ballyvourney for a bite to eat and then headed back for home, arriving at the Scout Hall at 6.30pm
