Temperature Changes  


Answer:  Changes in temperature causes the water to exist in different forms.

Temperature is measured by an instrument called a thermometer.

When the temperature of water falls below 0º C (centigrade), it freezes and turns to ice.This is water in a solid form.

                   

The water we use daily for drinking, washing and cooking is liquid.  

    

When the temperature of water rises above 100º (Farenheight), it boils and turns to steam (vapour). This is water in its gaseous form.
