Thank you for visiting my site on the Boglands of Ireland.  I am a student in Mary Immaculate College of Education, Limerick, Ireland and will be qualified as a primary schoolteacher in May 2001. I  have choose the topic Boglands of Ireland as I have a great interest in these amazing habitats due to the fact that I have lived near a bog for many years. Many of the pictures were taken in a bogland of the West of Ireland.
