Part 13 - Luka helps Dave get through his nightmares, and Elizabeth discharges him from County

Part 14 - Kerry bids Dave farewell, as he leaves the hospital

Part 15 - Luka brings Dave home. Chris visits the next day

Part 16 - Kerry visits Dave and remembers her first meeting with Chris

Part 17 - Kerry does her best to help Dave's emotional condition. Luka does something similar with Chris

Part 18 - Dave starts to come to terms with the after-effects of his attack

Originally this was going to be a 'fun-fic' based on the difference in characters of Dave and Luka.
But then I got the idea for the scene in the Trauma room in part 3 and just had to change the direction
it was going in.

Oh, and the incident with the pen in Part I, <is> a true story. (There was a lot less blood, but I screamed a
lot louder <g>)
