Friday, February 12, 1999 New Clannad Song on "Message In A Bottle" Soundtrack The soundtrack to the new movie starring Kevin Costner, "Message In A Bottle"
, was released on February 5th with a small surprise - a NEW Clannad track! The song is called "What Will I Do" and is track
number 11 on the soundtrack available on
WEA/Atlantic. Note that some on-line CD Stores list the song title as "Oceans Of Love" which is incorrect. The only information listed on the CD for "What Will I Do" is that it was performed by Clannad,
and produced and arranged by Ciarán Brennan. Everybody from Clannad seems to perform on the track
including Máire Brennan on vocals.
Other musicians which appear on the "Message In A Bottle" soundtrack include Sheryl Crow, Sarah McLachlan, Hootie and The Blowfish, Faith Hill,
and an Irish singer from Cork who is starting to make a name for herself, Sinéad Lohan. Thanks for the tips from the people
