Clannad in the December 1999 Irish Music Magazine





Clannad receives a mention in the Special December 1999 Edition of Irish Music Magazine where they are included in the spotlight article for this month "From Vaudeville To Video - A Century Of Irish Music". The author Sean Laffey 'picks his way through the debris of the twentieth century, and concludes it was a good time or Irish Music'. The author asks the question 'can it survive the DVD generation and the Celtic Tiger'? The article mentions Clannad as earning the accolade as longest survivors for groups coming out of Donegal. A picture of Clannad is included in the four page article as well as being pictured prominently on the front cover .
