Roscrea Golf Club
The club is located 3 km east of Roscrea on the N7 Dublin-Limerick road. This fine parkland course is playable all year.
Possessing many fine features, especially the par 5 fifth, which is known locally as The Burma Road, it measures 520 yards with both sides of the fairway lined by trees, with out-of-bounds from tee to green, on the left. The par-3s in particular are superb, with the sixth hole being the favourite of many who have visited the course over the years. It measures 180 yards and you have to hit over water to find the green.
