Unwanted goods should be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at facedoctoreurope@yahoo.co.uk and we will send a return address. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit, so you are also advised to return goods by Recorded Delivery. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to include your order number, name and address, or a copy of your purchase receipt. Refunds for unwanted goods
Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused, unopened and resalable condition within 7 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this website will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.
