Coulagh Bay House is situated in the heart of the rugged but very scenic Beara Peninsula on the south-west coast of Ireland. You may arrive a guest but you will leave a friend. We will do our maximum to ensure that your stay in Ireland is your most memorable vacation ever.

Coulagh Bay House is the perfect base to experience the Beara Peninsula. It is situated on the Ring of Beara and the Beara Way Walking & Cycling Routes. There are numerous historical and archaeological sites to visit and the scenery on route will take your breath away. Your host Therese O'Neill will be your advisor on where and how to visit these locations.

Eyeries Village, one of the location used in the filming of Deirdre Purcell's novel 'Falling for a Dancer' is only a minute away. Castletownbere, Ireland's largest whitefishing port is just five miles and you can watch the trawlers unload their catch, before sampling the delights in one of the many fine restaurants in the town or throughout the peninsula.

Following your exhilarating day experiencing Ireland's best kept secret - Beara - you can sit and relax in the spacious sun-lounge at the front of Coulagh Bay House, and watch the sun set - a memory that you will not forget.
