ResourcesThe Desmond Complex has a number of equipped training rooms (large & small), IT training rooms and conference room for hire. The facilities are available for freelance trainers, training companies, community groups and voluntary organisations who have a short to medium term training facility requirement. The Desmond Complex is a fully equipped training centre located in Newcastle West, just 30 minutes from Limerick. You will be well looked after by our approachable and friendly staff, who will be pleased to discuss your training or meeting requirements with you. Our training room are fully accessible with wheelchair parking and can easily accommodate up to 16 people boardroom style, or 25 people theatre style/circle etc Prices start from €80 for a part-day (up to four hours 9am – 1pm, or 1pm – 5pm, excluding Saturday). A full weekday or Sunday (9am - 5pm) costs €160. Saturdays are charged at €165 (9am – 5pm). Our evening rate (6pm – 10pm) is €50. In all cases, any additional hours are charged at €15 per hour. Kitchen, accessible toilets and waiting area facilities are also available and viewing is welcome by appointment. We also have a comfortable and attractive smaller meeting rooms for small groups or one-on-one sessions. Prices for this room start at €10 per hour. The room is ideal for therapists or counsellors and we can provide a massage table. Included in the hire prices are:
